By using VoteBeacon you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

VoteBeacon lets you create polls and collect votes using various voting methods. We provide the platform as-is and may change or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Acceptable use

You may not use VoteBeacon to:

• Conduct fraudulent or deceptive polls
• Manipulate results through automated or duplicate voting
• Distribute spam, malware, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the polls and content you create. By using VoteBeacon you grant us a limited license to host and display that content as part of the service.

Pro subscriptions

Pro plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, and your Pro features will remain active through the end of the billing period.

Limitation of liability

VoteBeacon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
